Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Custom and personalized orders are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos and your order number.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping fees for returns.
